Focused work
SWR stays in its lane: vintage 4x4s, classic trucks, and the systems that make them usable.

About SWR
SWR Automotive stays focused on vintage 4x4s because those trucks deserve someone who actually likes the platforms, not someone squeezing them into a modern-volume workflow.
The shop approach
SWR Automotive was built around the idea that old 4x4s should be repaired and restored with restraint. Some vehicles need full intervention. Others need someone to fix what is wrong, leave what is still honest, and get the owner back behind the wheel.
Based in Concord, NC, the shop serves local owners in the Charlotte area and takes on the right projects from farther up and down the East Coast.

What matters here
Focused work
SWR stays in its lane: vintage 4x4s, classic trucks, and the systems that make them usable.
Clear communication
Projects move better when the owner hears what is needed, what can wait, and why.
Honest scope
Some trucks need a full reset. Some need careful repair. The recommendation follows the truck, not a template.
Driver mentality
The goal is confidence behind the wheel, not a fragile build that only looks good in photos.
